I am Rosalind Teague. I spent eleven years as a payments-dispute and chargeback analyst at a card issuer in Charlotte, which means I read several thousand accounts of money that did not arrive, written by the people waiting for it, and then read the other side's file. That job gave me one lasting conviction: the disputes that turned ugly were almost never the slow ones. They were the ones where nobody could tell the customer which system currently held the money.

Each cashier is funded, played down modestly, and then asked for the money back. What was quoted and what arrived are both written down and compared. A second withdrawal is requested inside the same week, because that is where identity checks and second-request charges appear and where a cashier that was easy the first time can turn expensive.
At least one request per operator is made deliberately at an awkward moment: a weekend evening, or the day before a public holiday, when approval staffing thins out and the card and bank rails are closed regardless of what any casino does. That is where an honest status display separates itself from a cosmetic one.
Nothing is published that cannot be shown. No star ratings, no scores, no per-brand payout times, and no licence numbers that could not be read on the issuing authority's own register. Where an operator publishes no playthrough multiple or no deposit minimum, the page records it as unpublished instead of treating it as nil.
